Artair Tier aka The Wolf's Smiling Shadow, though he prefers to simply be called Art, is a student at St. Bahram's Imperial Military Academy and is almost never seen too far away from Rannulf Boese.
Appearance[]
Artair a tall, mildly muscular individual with neck-length brown hair and matching eyes. He has also been shown as being handsome and commonly wears a hoodie when not in school uniform.
Artair is rarely seen from his usual position of standing behind Rannulf and is also rarely seen trying to stop or even joining in Rannulf's more violent activities.
Personality[]
Art's usual expression
He is an extremely laid-back and mysterious character. He normally displays mild amusement to most situations, even dangerous ones that others are more serious about. Art seems to be extremely amused by Rannulf's personality and antics, which is his reason for quietly following the wild student around.
When in battle, though this rarely happens, even the violent Boese have said they'd rather not fight him. Due to Art's magic he becomes incredibly violent and powerful and not even Wotan Boese wants to step in to stop or fight him.

Magic and Abilities[]
Primal Magic: a Caster Style Lost Magic that has been brought back into the light by an organization called Shadow Broker. Somehow Artair learned this magic and has shown to be able to handle it up to the Hybrid Form and has been trying to master the Full-Beast Form. The only animal essence he has shown to use is a Bear.
- Enhancement Form: this gives Art the natural ability of the animal that he has chosen to use with this magic. His natural abilities increase to that of near super-human limits, but at the same time they also absorb the limitiations on some of the beasts they choose.
- Strength of a Bear: Art's strength is vastly improved to the point where he can easily knock an opponent to the side with the swipe of one hand.
- Enhanced Sense of Smell
- Hybrid Form: the second and perfected form, Hybrid allows Art to don on more characteristics of the esscance they have, giving him the apperance and strength of a Bear. This form not only doubles his abilities, but it also allows other use of Magic.

- Artair is the Scottish version of Arthur and means "bear-man"
