Eye of Prophecy is a type of Eye Magic which allows the user to look into the person/object's future when looking at it. for each second that the user is looking at the object/person he knows whats gonna happend to it for the next 100 seconds. the Eye of Prophecy causes allot of strain on the eyes, allowing it only to be used over a short period of time. should one continue using it beyond that person's limit, the iris would shatter and that eye would become blind. the way that you aquire this eye is unknown. when active, the eye changes it's appearance and a red/pink'ish ring will appear around the iris.
