Heptad is a city underground on a different region from Fiore, which is known for serving the Seven Legendary Warrior Mages that saved them in their hour of need. It is home to roughly 1 million people as most leave to avoid the pressure of having to be forced into serving the temple for the rest of their lives.

Religion[]

According to the Legend of The Seven, the city of Heptad was once a city above ground living in prosperity and peace, until an army of invaders from another region came in. At first they were peaceful, but the peace soon turned to war as their true intetion was the precious artifacts that Heptad possessed. It all seemed lost, until they encountered a man named Zenmaru who offered them protection by creating seven pieces of armor from powerful demons, however they would need seven powerful mages to command them. The people of Heptad sent out messages to some of the Guild Masters that lived far from them, begging them for the help. After months of waiting, seven arrived donning the armor that Zemaru made. They fought back the invading armt with all the magic they could muster resulting in the sinking of the city deep underground, but also gave up their lives to make sure the city was safe. For their heroism, the citizens of the city worshipped the armors as if the people inside were gods to them.

Since that day, the citizens of Heptad are constanly forced into worshipping the warriors every day, and practice what each of them represented. Bravery, Compassion, Hope, Protection, Wisdom, Peace, and Leadership were the main factors of worshipping the seven.

Trivia[]

  • Heptad is not only another word for the #7, it's also the name of one of my old favorite cartoon character.
  • The city is cut off from most of the world, except for some traders that accidently find their way there.
  • The seven meanings of the warriors are opposites to that of The Seven Deadly Sins.
