Yang (ヤン Yan) is a deadly and precise former assassin of the Shadow Hunters. She fights alongside her partner and lover, Yin.

Appearance

Yang is a young woman covered in a blackout outfit. On the top of her head there is a black hood of her hoodie. She is also wearing a black leather coat with very high collar and short sleeves which looks very brutal and cool. On her legs she is wearing black baggy leather trousers fixed on her waist with the black belt. Also, she has additional black skinny sleeves and a pair of black gloves with open fingers on her hands. On her feet, there is a pair of black comfortable sneakers. The whole outfit is totally black and her eyes stand out. Though her face is covered always with a black mask of an elegant cat, whose eyes are glowing pink, in the manga she was shown to have black short hair. Her true appearance is never revealed in the anime or manga.

Personality

As symbol of Yang, as she stands for the brightness of the day, the exposed, the hard, pushy and the front. Yang is violent, fight-loving which has been noted by other Shadow Hunters. Just like another assassins of the Shadow Hunters, Yang never questioned her lieutenant or leaders of the organization. Yang never lost sight of her missions and never seemed to care for any of the other assassins but showed respect to them in there presence. She takes her life as strict as possible, not showing any emotions or affection towards anyone. Yin and Yang, two opposing forces, are two complementary forces. They circulate and balance each other given the seasons of year, month and day.
